Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Global Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the PMO framework for the Power Business
• Define and communicate customer expectations while efficiently assigning project managers and resources
• Oversee project team performance and drive operational efficiency through best practices and transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, sciences, or business; MBA preferred
• 9 years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience
• Demonstrated experience as a Global Program Manager
• Experience in building relationships with customers
• Experience managing a local team and familiarity with Finance/Quoting
