Senior Director, Global Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Program Management, Obesity - US Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of strategic plans in collaboration with the Product Team
• Engage partners and maintain continuous communication with the CMZ SLT regarding program dynamics
• Recruit, hire, manage, and coach Program Management staff to build a successful team

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 5 years, Master's degree and 9 years, or Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience
• 5 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
• 10+ years of industry experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare fields preferred
• Demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional drug development teams
• PMP certification and/or advanced project management skills preferred
