Senior Director, Gold Card Program

Job Summary

Overseeing the Gold Card Program, the full-time Senior Director will manage long-term program development and enhancement initiatives while ensuring effective communication of strategic priorities and outcomes with stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead long-term program development and enhancement initiatives
• Ensure subject matter expertise is integrated into the program to maintain adherence to processes during development
• Support the integration of the program across all business units while performing financial analysis of program performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product development/management or related experience
• Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials
• Familiarity with various market segments and product types
