Senior Director Ground Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Ground Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sortation hub strategy aligned with company objectives
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of ground operations managers and supervisors
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive cost savings without compromising quality or service level

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in ground operations within logistics or last mile delivery industry
• In-depth knowledge of last mile delivery operations, logistics, and supply chain management
• Familiarity with tech-enabled companies and relevant technology platforms
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment
