Senior Director GTM Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Director GTM Operations, this remote position will lead the transformation of GTM processes and systems by leveraging AI and automation to enhance productivity and streamline operations while managing both onshore and offshore teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team responsible for the applications and technology used by the GTM organization
• Drive the integration and rationalization of GTM technology with an AI-first approach to accelerate the GTM strategy
• Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership on AI opportunities and optimize GTM processes through automation and system enhancements

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in GTM operations at a high-tech company, with significant process re-engineering experience
• 5+ years of direct management experience of GTM operations teams, including onshore and offshore team management
• 5+ years of experience as a business owner of GTM technology landscapes with a track record of successful transformations
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI tools and managing AI-based solutions within modern technology stacks
• A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science/Intelligence
