Job Summary
Leading the US healthcare professional marketing strategy for obesity and related conditions, the full-time remote Senior Director, HCP Marketing will manage personal promotion, omnichannel engagement, and digital marketing initiatives while overseeing a high-performing team to drive effective customer experiences and business results.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the U.S. HCP marketing strategy across the obesity portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer needs
- Lead the creation and implementation of personal promotion programs and field marketing initiatives to support sales and engagement
- Oversee the omnichannel engagement strategy, optimizing digital marketing efforts and ensuring coordinated customer experiences across all channels
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 5 years of marketing experience, or Master's degree and 9 years of marketing experience, or Bachelor's degree and 11 years of marketing experience
- At least 5 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
- Significant experience in HCP marketing, personal promotion, and omnichannel engagement within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Proven success in leading commercialization efforts for major product launches or high-growth brands
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to integrate HCP and patient marketing strategies
