Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required and 15+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting SVP+ level executives
- Experience managing HR functions for teams of 3000+ employees
- Experience in coaching and mentoring in formal or informal settings
- Experience in a growing, global software development environment is preferred
