Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists
• Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to executives on people management and organizational development
• Develop and monitor HR metrics to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting SVP+ level executives
• Experience managing HR functions for teams of 3000+ employees
• Experience in coaching and mentoring in formal or informal settings
• Experience in a growing, global software development environment is preferred
