Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
  • Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team to ensure high-quality support
  • Oversee employee relations matters and partner with Legal for compliance and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10-15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR Business Partner role
  • Demonstrated experience advising executives in complex organizations
  • Deep expertise in employee relations and employment law
  • Preferred: SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification, Master's degree or MBA
