Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
- Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team to ensure high-quality support
- Oversee employee relations matters and partner with Legal for compliance and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10-15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR Business Partner role
- Demonstrated experience advising executives in complex organizations
- Deep expertise in employee relations and employment law
- Preferred: SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification, Master's degree or MBA
