• 7-10 years of HR integration experience in complex, global organizations, preferably in technology or financial services
• Deep understanding of various HR domains within integration contexts
• Proven ability to influence decisions and drive strategic goals with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Experience in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
