Senior Director, Identity Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead their IAM strategy and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and evolve IAM strategy to align with business and cybersecurity goals
• Lead and develop a high-achieving IGA & PAM team, optimizing operations and resource allocation
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable IGA and PAM solutions, integrating automation and AI

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with 5+ years in a global leadership role
• Experience in developing multi-year IAM strategies in a global enterprise environment
• Deep technical expertise in IGA and PAM solutions
• Experience with IAM protocols and standards, as well as cloud IAM capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
