Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Early Development Team Lead in Immunology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Early Development teams to deliver early phase assets through clinical proof of concept
• Engage stakeholders to devise and implement development strategies for early phase portfolio assets
• Oversee sub-teams, set goals, and ensure alignment of program strategies with organizational capabilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• MD, PhD, DVM, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent advanced biology degree
• 10+ years of experience in drug development, preferably in early phase development
• Experience in managing high-performance, cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of regulatory health authority expectations for drug development
• Ability to multitask across multiple exploratory development assets
