Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year strategy for Infrastructure and Operations aligned to business and IT priorities
• Deliver reliable, secure, and resilient infrastructure services across various operations
• Own the I&O budget, balancing growth, modernization, and cost optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT experience, including large scale infrastructure and operations
• 5+ years leading diverse, global teams across multiple geographies
• 3+ years in senior leadership roles with responsibility for strategy and execution
• 3+ years managing managed service providers and sourcing agreements
