Senior Director, Litigation & Regulatory

Job Summary

Leading the litigation and regulatory response function, the full-time Senior Director, Litigation & Regulatory will manage consumer litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for consumer litigation, class actions, and regulatory enforcement matters
• Oversee case management and partner with outside counsel to ensure high-quality legal work
• Advise executive leadership on litigation developments, risk exposure, and settlement strategies

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 12+ years of legal experience in consumer financial services litigation and regulatory matters
• Experience managing complex litigation, including class actions and arbitrations
• Knowledge of consumer financial services laws and regulations
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership
