Senior Director, Market Access

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Market Access, Payer Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national account strategies to drive formulary positioning for COMP360
• Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of COMP360 to payer audiences
• Build and lead a high-performing national Account Director team to secure coverage by payers and PBMs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech Market Access with experience in national payers
• 5+ years leading a team of national Payer Account Directors
• Experience securing access for launch-stage specialty or breakthrough products
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in relevant fields preferred
• Deep knowledge of US payer landscape and formulary decision-making processes
