Senior Director Market Access

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Senior Director Market Access, the full-time position will manage national and regional payer engagement, develop market access strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance reimbursement for diagnostics in pediatric and rare diseases, genetics, and specialty testing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead payer engagement and secure coverage and reimbursement across commercial and government payers
• Develop and execute market access strategies aligned with commercial goals and product positioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market access needs are integrated into product strategy and launch planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Life Sciences
• 10 or more years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or payer strategy within diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare services
• Expertise in pediatric and rare diseases, genetic testing, and specialty testing areas
• Demonstrated success in securing payer coverage for novel diagnostics
• Strong understanding of coding, coverage, and payment pathways for IVDs and LDTs
