Senior Director Market Access

Job Summary

Leading national and regional payer engagement, the full-time remote Senior Director Market Access will develop strategies for reimbursement and coverage, guide coding and payment pathways, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance market access for diagnostics in women's health and reproductive genetics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead payer engagement to secure coverage and reimbursement while reducing administrative barriers
• Develop and implement market access strategies aligned with commercial goals and product positioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market access needs are integrated into product strategy and launch planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Life Sciences
• 10 or more years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or payer strategy within diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare services
• Expertise in women's health, reproductive genetics, or molecular diagnostics
• Demonstrated success in securing payer coverage and reimbursement for novel diagnostics
• Strong understanding of coding, coverage, and payment pathways for IVDs and LDTs
