Job Summary
To drive growth and development of consultative services for life sciences clients, the full-time Senior Director, Market Access Consulting will manage client relationships, deliver market access solutions, and lead a consulting team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver market access engagements across the access continuum, from payer to provider to patient
- Achieve revenue and sales goals through direct client engagement and support project leads in client management
- Provide leadership and direction to the consulting team, fostering a culture of development and collaboration
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Science, Economics, Business, or a related field; a master's or PhD is preferred
- 8-10 years of consulting or related experience in distribution and patient support services
- Proven track record in revenue generation and business development
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with stakeholders
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
