Senior Director Medicaid Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the Compliance Advisory & Research and Compliance Response & Escalation teams, the full-time Senior Director Medicaid Compliance will provide strategic direction for complex compliance functions while working remotely across the Continental United States.

Key responsibilities

• Support direct correspondence with state regulators and manage compliance research for the Medicaid line of business
• Serve as senior leadership in the Compliance Risk Assessment process, ensuring evaluation and documentation of business risks
• Collaborate with auditing, monitoring, corrections, and regulatory change management teams to facilitate research and implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs
• 5+ years of experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in developing compliance and fraud programs
• 5+ years overseeing the implementation of contract requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Compliance/Enterprise Risk Management preferred
