Job Summary

Leading the PV Medical Writing function, the full-time Senior Director Medical Writing will ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables while managing a team and driving quality initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PV Medical Writing function to deliver high-quality and compliant outputs
• Manage and develop the PV Medical Writing team, focusing on performance and professional growth
• Provide strategic expertise and support business development activities, including proposals and client engagements

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences or healthcare; PhD preferred
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance and PV Medical Writing, including leadership of high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and experience with aggregate safety reports
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance and oversight, including QPPV or Deputy QPPV responsibilities
• Strong business acumen with experience in client engagements and bid defense activities
