Senior Director, MedTech Supply Chain

Job Summary

Leading the MedTech EP-CNV Supply Chain Technology, the fully remote Senior Director, MedTech Supply Chain will define the technology vision and strategy, oversee execution and operations, and collaborate with senior business leaders to drive process improvements and technology innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Co-create the global technology strategy for EP-CNV Supply Chain, translating it into a prioritized multi-year product and platform roadmap
• Drive operationalization of AI/ML and GenAI across the supply chain, leveraging data analytics for actionable insights
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture and promoting continuous growth and development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years in technology leadership with experience in business, engineering, data operations, or product teams
• Demonstrated ability to apply technology to solve business problems with exceptional stakeholder partnership
• Experience with supply chain business processes and foundational technology platforms
• Proven track record in product management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance
