Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, National Commercial Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national account strategies for formulary positioning of COMP360
- Establish strategic relationships with national and regional payer accounts for coverage discussions
- Lead a team to communicate the clinical and economic value of COMP360 to payer audiences
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech market access with experience in national payer account management
- Proven track record in securing formulary access for launch-stage specialty products
- Deep knowledge of US payer landscape and formulary decision-making processes
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in relevant fields preferred
- Experience in building function infrastructure and teams from scratch
