Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, National Commercial Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national account strategies for formulary positioning of COMP360
  • Establish strategic relationships with national and regional payer accounts for coverage discussions
  • Lead a team to communicate the clinical and economic value of COMP360 to payer audiences
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in pharma/biotech market access with experience in national payer account management
  • Proven track record in securing formulary access for launch-stage specialty products
  • Deep knowledge of US payer landscape and formulary decision-making processes
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in relevant fields preferred
  • Experience in building function infrastructure and teams from scratch
