Job Summary

Leading a team of enterprise Account Executives, the full-time Senior Director, New Logo Sales will focus on acquiring new enterprise customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring disciplined execution of sales strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team focused on net new logo acquisition
  • Own and deliver regional new logo annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Provide accurate forecasting and operational excellence through rigorous CRM management and performance analysis
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Proven success in leading teams to exceed new business targets, particularly in net new logo acquisition
  • Experience selling to large enterprise organizations and engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong coaching skills with a track record of improving sales rep productivity
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and experience in cybersecurity or related markets
