Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and expand partnerships with community-based organizations to increase access to post-secondary opportunities
• Develop strategic goals and collaborate across the organization to enhance outreach to underserved student communities
• Build and lead a team to ensure effective collaboration and maintenance of partnership efforts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in K-12 education systems, focusing on partnerships and strategy
• 8+ years of experience in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of K-12 and higher education systems and partnership dynamics
• Proven ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders in education
