Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Access Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to establish and expand partnerships with community-based organizations to increase access to post-secondary opportunities
• Set strategic goals and collaborate across the organization to enhance partnerships with K-12 systems and higher education
• Build and manage a team to ensure effective collaboration and maintenance of partnership efforts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in K-12 education systems, focusing on partnerships and strategy
• 8+ years of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of K-12 and higher education landscapes, including systemic priorities and operational structures
• Proven ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and sustain complex partnerships in the education sector
