Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Payor and Manufacturer Access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement access strategies to enhance medication availability for clients
- Establish relationships with payors and manufacturers to align on access goals
- Advocate for policies that improve medication access and navigate healthcare regulations
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in specialty pharmacy or healthcare access roles, with at least 5 years in leadership
- Proven ability to develop high-impact access strategies
- Strong strategic leadership skills and expertise in navigating payor landscapes
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare
