Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Director of Client Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale the Client Management organization, including recruiting and developing team members
  • Own the retention, satisfaction, and relationship expansion strategy for the Employee Benefits portfolio
  • Design and implement scalable workflows and service standards to improve efficiency and service quality
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Client/Account Management within employee benefits or healthcare services
  • Experience leading multi-layered client-facing teams, including Client/Account Managers and Renewal Specialists
  • Strong command of Employee Benefits products including Dental, Vision, and Disability
  • Proven track record of driving client retention and renewal outcomes within broker-led distribution models
  • Experience building technology-enabled service organizations and establishing scalable processes
