Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Director of Client Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the Client Management organization, including recruiting and developing team members
- Own the retention, satisfaction, and relationship expansion strategy for the Employee Benefits portfolio
- Design and implement scalable workflows and service standards to improve efficiency and service quality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Client/Account Management within employee benefits or healthcare services
- Experience leading multi-layered client-facing teams, including Client/Account Managers and Renewal Specialists
- Strong command of Employee Benefits products including Dental, Vision, and Disability
- Proven track record of driving client retention and renewal outcomes within broker-led distribution models
- Experience building technology-enabled service organizations and establishing scalable processes
