Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the regional account management team, including hiring and training
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify strategic business development opportunities and manage account growth
  • Monitor account progress and implement strategies to mitigate attrition and generate new sales opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing sales teams
  • Proven experience achieving $50M+ ARR within existing customers
  • Ability to negotiate Enterprise deals of $5M+ ACV
  • Experience building relationships with MidMarket and Enterprise Accounts at the C-Level
  • Proficiency in CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
