Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the regional account management team, including hiring and training
- Collaborate with leadership to identify strategic business development opportunities and manage account growth
- Monitor account progress and implement strategies to mitigate attrition and generate new sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing sales teams
- Proven experience achieving $50M+ ARR within existing customers
- Ability to negotiate Enterprise deals of $5M+ ACV
- Experience building relationships with MidMarket and Enterprise Accounts at the C-Level
- Proficiency in CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
