Job Summary

Leading a team of quota-carrying Account Managers, the full-time Senior Director of Account Management will drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and expansion revenue while ensuring customers realize measurable value in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and deliver on GRR and NRR targets while implementing strategies for account expansion
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on retention and growth
  • Champion the voice of the customer, leveraging insights to improve retention and revenue outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Account Management, or Post-Sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record in leading teams of quota-carrying Account Managers and achieving revenue targets
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is required, with MDR/MSSP experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and pipeline management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred
