Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Managers and Directors, the full-time Senior Director of Account Management will own the strategy and execution for the Consulting Account Management business, focusing on driving growth and client success in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team to exceed business retention and expansion targets in collaboration with Sales
- Drive client relationship-building and ensure value realization through effective product utilization
- Forecast retention and growth accurately while managing talent development and performance programs
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success
- 5+ years of direct people management experience, including managing managers for at least 2 years
- Proven ability to operationalize the customer journey and distill complex issues into simple terms
- Strong client-facing skills with a consultative approach and ability to build rapport
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills with effective time management abilities
