Job Summary

Driving client success, the full-time Senior Director of Account Management will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, oversee project budgets, and lead a team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring expectations are met
  • Oversee budgeting and financial monitoring for individual projects, achieving revenue goals for each account
  • Hire, train, and develop account management team members, providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, including management responsibilities in a professional agency setting
  • Preferred management experience in a medical communications company or healthcare advertising agency
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a healthcare field is a plus
  • Ability to quickly grasp and retain scientific and technical concepts
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and business development skills
