Job Summary
Driving client success, the full-time Senior Director of Account Management will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, oversee project budgets, and lead a team in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring expectations are met
- Oversee budgeting and financial monitoring for individual projects, achieving revenue goals for each account
- Hire, train, and develop account management team members, providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, including management responsibilities in a professional agency setting
- Preferred management experience in a medical communications company or healthcare advertising agency
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a healthcare field is a plus
- Ability to quickly grasp and retain scientific and technical concepts
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and business development skills
