Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Managers, the full-time Senior Director of Account Management will drive growth and retention for major financial services clients, focusing on building scalable processes and enhancing customer success in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve renewal targets and uncover growth opportunities across strategic accounts
- Increase customer retention and expansion by fostering strong relationships and driving product adoption
- Collaborate with Sales and other departments to align on customer feedback and growth strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success
- 5+ years of direct people management experience, with at least 2 years managing managers
- Proven ability to operationalize the customer journey and develop scalable processes
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior clients
