Job Summary
Leading the commercial relationship with strategic customers, the full-time Senior Director of Account Management will manage business outcomes, customer growth, renewals, and overall satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business relationship owner for strategic customer accounts, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion by developing quarterly account growth plans and driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Design and establish the Business Account Management organization, defining customer engagement standards and developing playbooks for account planning and growth initiatives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or business development, particularly with strategic customers
- Strong understanding of revenue growth strategies and customer success metrics
- Experience in building and leading teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and sales teams
- Demonstrated success in managing executive relationships and driving customer satisfaction
