Senior Director of Account Operations

Job Summary

Leading a centralized bid support and proposal function, the full-time remote Senior Director of Account Operations will oversee complex client requests, drive operational efficiency, and manage cross-functional teams to enhance deal strategy and win rates.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end bid and proposal support, ensuring timely and high-quality responses across various client requests
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate inputs and align on timelines for bids and proposals
• Lead and manage onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear roles and consistent performance across groups

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in bid support, sales support, project coordination, or a related function
• Experience leading or managing teams across multiple groups or regions
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and competing priorities
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data and reporting
• Fluency with AI tools and demonstrated ability to use AI to optimize workflows
