Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale global Shared Services operations, focusing on Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Equity
• Build and execute a strategic roadmap for the Shared Services function
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to re-engineer workflows and transform processes

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in leading global shared services or finance operations teams
• Expertise in ERP systems and accounting operations
• Proven ability to manage complexity and build scalable systems
• Experience in high-growth, multi-national environments
• Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or fintech environments is a plus
