Senior Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Accounting to oversee key accounting operations during a maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
• Act as the primary accounting escalation point for internal stakeholders and vendors

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of accounting experience in an advertising agency or media services environment
• Proven experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Hands-on expertise with NetSuite and Mediaocean
• Experience managing and developing accounting teams
• Strong understanding of media billing and vendor management
