Senior Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial data across multiple systems
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, improving quality and efficiency
• Design and evolve financial systems architecture in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations (CPA required)
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or complex environments
• Proven ability to build and scale accounting functions with a focus on automation
• Deep technical accounting expertise, including revenue recognition and audit readiness
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools to enhance accounting workflows
