Senior Director of Accounting

Job Summary

Leading the financial close process, the full-time Senior Director of Accounting will ensure the accuracy and integrity of global financial statements while managing a growing accounting team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual global close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements
• Own technical accounting research and application for complex areas including revenue recognition and leases
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry experience
• Prior experience in a multi-entity, international organization with exposure to multi-currency consolidation
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with hands-on experience applying ASC 606 and other complex technical accounting standards
• Proven people-management experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing accounting teams
