Job Summary

Driving enterprise growth across multiple geographies and industries, the full-time Senior Director of Accounts will lead a high-performing sales organization, focusing on new logo acquisition, customer expansion, and strategic account penetration while collaborating with executive leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own regional business performance, including bookings, revenue growth, and market expansion
  • Lead and develop multiple layers of sales leadership and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Establish disciplined execution of sales methodologies and improve organizational performance through data-driven decision making
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing leaders
  • Proven success in leading multi-layered enterprise sales organizations
  • Experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or adjacent enterprise technology solutions
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
