Senior Director of Accounts Receivable

Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision for Accounts Receivable functions, the full-time Senior Director of Accounts Receivable will manage day-to-day operations, optimize departmental best practices, and oversee the health of outstanding accounts receivables in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directs and manages Accounts Receivable operations, including recruitment, training, and staff development
• Implements best practices and action plans for outstanding accounts receivables through effective inventory management and analysis
• Develops and monitors departmental metrics to measure performance and maintains productive inter-departmental relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• At least seven years of revenue cycle management or accounts receivable experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• A minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Offshore billing experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and medical billing requirements
