Senior Director of Accreditations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Accreditations & Continual Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and governance for ISO, AS9100, and CMMI certifications, ensuring compliance and certification integrity
• Oversee external audits and appraisals, managing planning, execution, and corrective actions
• Govern mission assurance tools and metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate processes and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, business, information systems, or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Progressive leadership experience in quality, mission assurance, compliance, or continual improvement within a large organization
• Experience leading ISO, AS9100, and/or CMMI governance and certification activities
• Proven ability to influence across functions and work with senior executives in multi-site environments
• ISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor and US citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
