Job Summary
Driving innovation in cardiac health solutions, the full-time Senior Director of Advanced Technologies will lead the execution of strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and translate emerging technologies into product opportunities in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of early-stage technology initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and clinical priorities
- Lead development of investment-grade Product Concept Documents and guide upstream discovery of new technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate clinical needs into technical opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of leadership experience in medtech, digital health, or related fields; 12+ years with a master's degree or 8+ years with a PhD or MD
- Strong background in technology innovation and product management, particularly in cardiovascular diagnostics
- Exceptional analytical and strategic skills with the ability to synthesize technical and clinical perspectives
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver strategic outcomes across cross-functional organizations
- Experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of clinical workflows and evolving trends in digital health
