Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Advertiser Sales (Direct to Brand).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new advertisers and expanding existing accounts across various consumer verticals
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize advertiser performance and scale spending
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership in target organizations and lead complex negotiations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university
  • 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in Enterprise and Mid-Market sectors
  • Proven track record in selling performance media or demand-side ad solutions
  • Deep understanding of consumer acquisition economics, including CPA and LTV
  • Experience in high-growth AdTech, MarTech, or performance marketing environments
