Senior Director of AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the company's AI roadmap and innovation strategy
• Oversee all stages of the AI development lifecycle, including model design, testing, deployment, and performance optimization
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing AI organization across data science, machine learning, and applied AI disciplines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred
• 12 to 15 or more years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or advanced analytics
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying machine learning models and generative AI systems in production environments
• Experience implementing MLOps pipelines and scalable AI systems in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners or vendors
