Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of AI, R&D & Agentic Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead systems for intent recognition, task decomposition, and multi-step execution across product surfaces
• Lead research and development across text and multimodal domains, focusing on enhancing product experiences
• Build and lead an integrated AI organization, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Product, and Design

Required Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping agentic systems or orchestration platforms at scale
• Deep expertise in coordinating diverse agent populations within stateful environments
• Proven ability to design systems that maintain context-aware agency across workflows
• Background in NLP and/or multimodal AI, with the ability to guide applied research
• Proven leadership of AI R&D and Applied AI/MLOps teams within consumer product environments
