Senior Director of AI and Machine Learning

Job Summary

Driving the development and execution of machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of AI and Machine Learning will lead a team of engineers and researchers to create impactful AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of machine learning and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Define and execute the comprehensive ML/AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning and AI models

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a proven track record of deploying production-level models
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing ML or AI teams
• Deep expertise in machine learning techniques, including deep learning and natural language processing
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
