Senior Director of AI Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of AI Enablement to lead AI adoption and governance within its product and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a company-wide AI adoption strategy and design role-based enablement programs
• Define internal AI usage policies and advocate for ethical AI practices
• Build and lead a team of AI enablement professionals and influence senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software with experience in product management or digital transformation
• 3-5 years leading AI adoption and automation or large-scale change management in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic
• Proven expertise in change management methodologies
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams
