Senior Director of AI Enablement

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of AI capabilities across the organization, the full-time Senior Director of AI Enablement will manage the development and implementation of an AI enablement model, establish governance, and support client-facing teams in promoting Rallio AI and Ignite's broader AI solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operationalize a company-wide AI enablement model to facilitate practical AI application across teams
• Define and maintain AI governance, standards, and accountability, ensuring responsible use across workflows
• Partner with various departments to drive client adoption of Rallio AI and translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, or product adoption
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and practical business applications of AI
• Experience in building enablement programs, governance models, and success metrics
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and support executive-level conversations
• Commercial mindset linking AI adoption to productivity and client retention
