Senior Director of AI Enablement

Job Summary

Leading the transformation toward an AI-first HR operating model, the remote Senior Director of AI Enablement will manage the development and execution of AI strategies, intelligent workflows, and governance frameworks to enhance employee and manager experiences across the People function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the People-side AI strategy and manage the AI use-case portfolio
• Design intelligent workflows that integrate employee intent with service delivery across the People technology ecosystem
• Establish and oversee the People AI governance model, ensuring compliance and risk management

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of leadership experience in HR technology, digital product, or AI enablement
• Experience with AI-enabled product design and intelligent workflows in a large enterprise
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformations
• Solid understanding of HR operating models and employee/manager journeys
• Demonstrated success in building business-led digital or AI capabilities
