Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic technical direction for AI engineering across all product lines
• Own the execution and delivery of AI/ML initiatives across multiple engineering teams and products
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams of engineering managers, software engineers, and ML specialists

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field; PhD preferred
• 15+ years of experience designing and building scalable, mission-critical systems
• 10+ years of experience driving AI/ML strategy and delivery
• 8+ years in engineering leadership roles with management of managers
• Deep expertise in ML algorithms, system architecture, and operational best practices
