Senior Director of AI Governance

Job Summary

Leading the approach to responsible AI adoption, the full-time Senior Director of AI Governance will establish governance frameworks and policies to ensure safe and effective AI scaling across the organization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve the enterprise AI governance framework to ensure responsible AI deployment across operations and products
• Establish practical governance standards that balance innovation with risk management and business value
• Translate global AI regulatory developments into actionable guidance for business and delivery teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Information Governance, Data, Risk Management, Law, or a related field
• Significant experience leading governance, risk, compliance, or AI governance functions
• Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks within complex organizations
• Strong understanding of emerging AI regulation and responsible AI principles
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts into practical business guidance
